Anna Wilson - Occupational Psychologist
It is impossible to describe how much I feel I have benefited from the Coaching Jane has given me.
It isn’t that she potentially does or says anything unusual- In fact a lot of what we talk about is thoughts and feeling and strategies I already know or am aware of. It is that having someone independent, unrelated, unbiased to just be there to listen, to “replay” back to you what you have talked to her, helps to organise, rationalise and generally understand you, your working environment, your past, present and how to achieve all you want to in the future.
I would recommend Jane to anyone as someone who will really make a difference to your working life and also your general well being.
City Professional
"I have received coaching from Jane for several months in my current role; I started this programme of coaching on the basis of receiving coaching from Jane when in my previous role in a different organisation. I have found the coaching to be of tremendous value in helping me work through a difficult period when joining my new organisation the outcome of which is that I have felt a renewed sense of commitment to my role both from a motivation view but also from believing in my competence to be successful. My sessions are structured around my issues and I find Jane to be very receptive to what works / does not work for me in terms of the approach that she takes. She is always accomodating in terms of the timings and arrangements for our sessions and I find that she strikes a good balance between listening to my issues and encouraging me to challenge myself."
Sale Account Manager
Working in a constantly shifting market and an ever evolving organisation it can sometimes be hard (or impossible) to see the big picture, in order to determine a positive plan to achieve your goals. Jane has proved to be the most invaluable sounding board on all subjects from marketing concepts to sales campaign execution and has added value at every stage. By discussing my thoughts and ideas with someone who does not have their own interest to defend, I have been able to more than double my sales figures by stepping off the brake and placing my foot firmly on the accelerator.
HR Manager - Dyslexic
My employer and I decided for me to have an assessment to find out if I was dyslexic. The report came back confirming my dyslexia, what a weight off my shoulder. Since having my one to one coaching with Jane, she made me realised that I was not at all stupid and I had a lot of offer. Jane made me think of ways of doing things and the encouragement and support which she had given to me throughout my one to one. I strongly believe one to one coaching is better for people because you can be as open as possible, and at the end of the session feeling you are on top of the world.
