Jane Myers is a qualified practitioner in coaching and development, currently working on a Masters in Coaching and Development leading to becoming a Master Practitioner. This involves practical, theoretical and research application.
With a background in psychology (BA Hons Psychology), over 15 years of Learning and Development work, Jane certainly has the experience as well as qualifications, (Training the Trainer, Dyslexia Advisor et al).
Jane has worked with a wide range of clients, from business executives, managers, to individuals. Jane has also coached in a range of sporting disciplines, including 3 day eventing, rowing, cricket and carriage driving.
Jane has a niche as a Performance Coach, and is able to use those skills across a wide range of disciplines. It's the skill as a coach which is unique.
Having worked in Learning and Development for over 15 years, Jane has developed skills in training development, training delivery, creating Continuing Professional Development plans for companies and individuals, strategic development planning and research.
Jane is also qualified at British Psychological Society Level A & B (Int plus) to use and deliver Psychometric Testing, both in recruitment and development.
Jane has experience of devising, developing and delivering training packages in the UK and across Europe. Content of training has included Dyslexia, Specific Learning Difficulties, working with volunteers, creating inclusive learning environments and much more. Jane has a specialism in understanding how the individual thinks and processes information and therefore is a key player in creating inclusive learning and working environments.
